Job Description

  • Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and layout planning for township and industrial projects.
  • Develop strategic project proposals with strong USP and profitability to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Lead industrial projects from KM stage to CCC.
  • Coordinate with consultants and authorities to ensure design and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and maintain technical drawings, layout plans, and project documentation with proper version control.
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports, sales kits, and proposal documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track project timelines, support planning and scheduling, and follow up on key deliverables.
  • Continuously improve planning materials, drawing standards, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and provide support to team members to achieve project goals.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in English (compulsory).
  • Willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah, with occasional travel to Jitra/Alor Setar.
