Job Description

  • Develop and implement industrial development strategies to capture market opportunities.
  • Identify, assess, and acquire land suitable for industrial projects.
  • Lead project feasibility studies, including market analysis, financial projections, and risk assessments.
  • Oversee master planning and infrastructure development for industrial parks and estates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, manufacturers, logistics operators, and investors.
  • Drive marketing and tenant acquisition to attract MNCs, SMEs, and logistics players.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project delivery, cost control, and team performance.
  • Lead, guide, and inspire the industrial development team.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial property development, with at least 5 years in senior management.
  • Strong understanding of industrial market trends, supply chain requirements, and investor needs.
  • Experience in large-scale industrial park planning and infrastructure development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker with proven leadership and project management expertise.
